Saddly there had never been much attention paid for HK produced comic books.

Actually its peak was the 90s when everyone talked about them and was against them because of their adult themes and language. Parents always had a go at them and the people who read them, especially the blue collar workers who roll up the comic books and hold them in their jeans' back pockets (like the gamblers' newsletters).

Really wanna stress the point that the authentic HK comic books are amazing. The art work is so fine and the water colouring skill is epic. I used to buy one or two every week.

Yeah~ inspired by the Young and Dangerours Comics and made this...

Tonight I am cooking for the bros and sisters at Elijah Fellowship. Gonna make 12 serves of chicken Laksa... very excited about it already. But now I'm gonna do some homework first.

Kangaroo

i finally ate Kangaroo. I gourmetted it.

I served it with my perfect potato mash. I did the mash with creamy butter and evaporated milk. Salt and freshly grounded peper. And plenty of dry pasley.

So the mash was on the centre on the plate. On the mash it was layers of Bok Choi. Yes! Chinese Bok Choi! I cooked it in salt and ginger water.

Then on the bok choi it was the thick cut of kangaroo steak. I grilled it on the grilling pan, 6 mins of high heat on each side, in extra virgin olive oil and butter. Dark brown and crispy outside, but pink and tender inside (I soaked the steaks in absolute Vodka for 15 mins before cooking).

I used the same pan to make the sauce. My mate Jade told me that kangaroo meat goes with a sweet glazy sauce, so I used a semi dessert wine - Sparkling Rose. I used the same pan for the meat fat and juice left from cooking the steaks.

Last week

Didn't end up posting again after opening this.
On Friday I got up way early... to attend a formal business meeting as part of Uni.
I trained to Parra and ate McD breakie before bussing to North Parra.
I hated my group. They had so mistreated me in the last 10 weeks, with racism and lack of trust.
They really thought HK is a farming village huh? Anyways... I just lost it... I knew I was gonna.
I had put up with them for so long and I am just the finest when it comes to Event Management, both theory and hands on. I am experienced, with the Optus days and the tough Melbourne years! They don't know me!
I kaned my own group at the formal de-breathe meeting. The org's media representative was there so all these noobs got so nervious lololol... even they been fronting all these times. i took over for the first time and I rep the uni now. I answered all the questions and made all these noobies look stupid. Muahahah I am so evil. They got so nervious in the conference room, which I don't think is that "Woah". Photographer came in and they all looked uncomfy. So the photographer dropped them all, saying they just want Benny, the lecturer and the org event manager to be in the photo. I was the one presenting the cheque lol. My whole team sat there and watched me doing the photoshoot and will be going on the newspaper without them. Sucked in.
